Many children are only existing in a world of poverty, drugs, alcohol, abuse and neglect. Some are physically hungry and have lost hope that anyone truly loves and cares for them.
Our mission is much more than a summer camp. Year-round ministries involve After School Clubs, Weekend Retreats, Special Events and Christmas Parties. We minister to disadvantaged children and share that there is hope, life, love, light and truth in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Would YOU like to share in the heart, vision and
purpose of Lighthouse Christian Camp?
Please pray for this ministry and the children whose lives are changed. Pray for God's direction for the camp and for how He wants you to be involved.
Since 1982, Lighthouse Christian Camp has provided weeks of summer camp to disadvantaged and needy children. Through the camp, thousands of children, who never otherwise would have the opportunity, have come - free of charge – to experience the beauty of God’s creation in a new and meaningful way.
"Ermeda and I never cease to stand in awe of God's abundant faithfulness and provision for His ministry here at Lighthouse Christian Camp! All praise and glory to His Holy Name as we continue to witness His grace, love mercy and kindness here in ministry to the poor and needy, the fatherless and orphan, and the widows indeed!"
"It is our prayer that you will believe God with us to continue to make an eternity of difference in the lives of hundreds of precious children in great need." Bro. Ben Chapman, Founder & President
Lighthouse Christian Camp, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, dependent on donations and volunteer services. We hope you will prayerfully consider how God would have you get involved.
Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life...I am come that they might have life and that they might have it more abundantly."
(John 14:6, 10:10) The very truth of these words of our Lord is the sole heart, vision and purpose of Lighthouse Christian Camp. Disadvantaged children are given the opportunity to attend camp, free of charge, and find hope, purpose and direction for their lives.
