Based upon the scriptural mandate of caring for widows, the goal and mission of “Sing for Joy” is to offer widows safe, independent retirement living with unlimited opportunities to serve in ministry.

There are 12 million widows living in the U.S. and over half of those earn an average income of $550.00 a month or less. Many are destitute, lonely, feel unloved, and forgotten by society. The Sing for Joy Widow’s Home ministry,on the beautiful campus of Lighthouse Christian Camp, is based upon a scriptural mandate of caring for widows.
