Nancy “Ty” Linscomb
Nancy “Ty” Linscomb serves as the camps food service manager as well as administrative assistant. She arrived at camp in early 2010 from Louisiana as a great friend of Lighthouse Boys Ranch mom Fran Tyson. After initially helping Fran and husband Jeff move in, Ty homesteaded on the property and in the hearts of the camp family. A short time later, Ty joined the Lighthouse family as a full-time staff member.

Ron and Ame’ McPherson
While living in south Georgia in early 2010, Ron and Ame’ McPherson learned about Lighthouse Christian Camp over the internet. After several conversations and a trip to visit the McPhersons felt God’s calling to join the camp ministry for an extended time as volunteers. Prior to coming to Lighthouse Ron and Ame’ spent many years in full-time ministry and have worked with camp programs across the country.

2010 Camp Summer Staff
Each year the camp hires a dozen or so young men and women to work and live at the camp for the summer season. These are far from ordinary young people but are instead vessels of Gods love who have shown that they care about the children and mission of Lighthouse Christian Camp. The work is hard and the hours are long but the rewards are eternal.

Volunteers (not pictured)
Over the years, God has provided in miraculous ways through volunteers who give unselfishly of their time to help meet the needs of our ministry. These volunteers have come from churches and other organizations not only locally, but also around the country. Groups like “Baptist Builders”, “Faith in Action” and “S.O.W.E.R.S.” have become regular visitors, supporters and laborers for theministries of the camp. We thank God for sending these precious people, too numerous to mention by name, who have come to mean so much to Lighthouse Christian Camp and its ministries.
